House Layout

THERE IS A HOUSE HERE.
It includes people, seven cats, and a monkey.
The new layout after the construction on it is over would be something like the below?? Outside looks like this
VARIOUS OTHER THINGS:
-- It's located in the second district, probably on the eastern/southern outskirts or something, so it's not too far away from the beach.
-- The house is probably sparsely decorated; it's western in layout, but while Keiji has some (loud) decorations in his own room, he'd probably keep the common areas to a bit more Japanese in style. also less stuff to break that way. so furniture in the way of couches, tables, some decorations on the wall and bookshelves, nothing too much more. no vases with flowers or anything.
-- Also the kitten room's door is open but they have a baby gate or something blocking the door so the kittens don't escape. T_Tv Keiji actually buys a lot of books so that's where he keeps them, and that's where the kittens can stay too.
-- There are a lot of bathrooms. They learned the hard way.
-- Also Keiji pays most of the rent/mortgage but he asks that other people pitch in.
-- There's an outdoor bath.

Ground/1st floor
-- Keiji sleeps in the master bedroom.
-- he soundproofed his room during construction for peace a quiet. it's shoddy but it does the job.
-- Yes. The cats get their own room. There's a pullout couch in there, which isn't being used because... cats!!! It used to be the study.
2nd floor
-- Toshiie's room is bedroom #4
-- Study/den is where Keiji relocated his books and other stuff when the downstairs room got overrun with animals. Common space!
-- indoor bath is just a more Japanese style bath.
-- use your imagination to fill in what that bathroom at the bottom looks like.
-- The "extra room" can technically function as a bedroom in a pinch but it's just where they can keep stuff to leave the rest of the rooms clean, such as extra futons or things left over when people leave/move out.
3rd floor
-- It's possible to climb out of the windows to get out of the house.
Basement
-- Oichi's room is bedroom number 8. No one else can have it.
-- the space is a common area more or less until someone in the house claims it
